-Instructions for use
*Set up procedure
1.Inspect the product before use. Do not use package is not intact.
2.Open the sealed package and remove the product.
3.Connect the Endotracheal Tube/Tracheostomy Tube to the Revolvable adapter.
4.Connect ventilator tube to the Revolvable Ventilator Connector.
5.Attach the date label to colour ring.
6.Before suctioning commences ensure that the cap of the MDI Port
Irrigation Port is closed.
7.Before suctioning:Please ensure that the on-off valve is in the open position. Simply slide the on-off valve to a position which allows the catheter to enter the Endotracheal tube/Tracheostomy tube.
*Suctioning Procedure
Caution-always use the recommended vacuumlevels./Consider length of suctioning time
        Â
1.Grip the three way adaptor in one hand and with the other hand feed the suction
 catheter into the Endotracheal tube/Tracheostomy tube ,to the required depth.
 Depth markers can be visible through the protective cover for your guidance.
2.Once the suction catheter is in the desired position /depth depress the vacuum
Control valve to apply suction.
3.Remove suction catheter until the protective sleeve is straight.
4.Repeat steps1-3 as necessary.

Sorfa cell culture flasks (also named tissue culture flasks) are designed in three types of area for cell culture: 25 cm2, 75cm2 and 175cm2.The engraved graduation on one side of flask helps users to fill accurate volume of medium. Marking area is made to identify flasks for different purpose and ridges on the top make flask easy to stack. Sorfa angled design of neck is for pipette easy to access flask to touch each corner.
caps are categorized to plug seal cap and vent cap. Plug seal cap usually applies to airtight culture, however, it`s suitable for open culture when unscrewing cap. Vent cap is designed for open culture for it includes a hydrophobic membrane of 0.2 um. Membrane prevents gas from contaminating in the process of exchanging. It`s recommended to use CO2 incubator for vent cap, special for long-term cell culture.
For TC (Tissue Culture) surface treatment, flasks are available for suspension culture and adherent culture to meet global market need. All Sorfa tissue culture flasks are packaged in bags with sterilization, RNase-free, DNase-free and Non-pyrogenic.
