When buying the items we need, we often don't have to choose what the public thinks is the best, just choose what you think is the most appropriate. For example, for the purchase of micro-pumps, we must choose the type that we need most according to different situations.
At present, the micro water pump is divided according to the power requirements of the matched motor. There is a motor that requires three-phase power, and the voltage is 380 volts. The motor with a single-phase power supply has a voltage of 220 volts, so be careful when purchasing. The general household lighting power supply is 220 volts, and the micro pump that purchases the 220 volt power supply is more economical and convenient.
The flow rate of the pump must be selected according to the water demand, water source conditions and usage of the user's garden planting, breeding, processing and living. If the water source is sufficient, the model specification of the pump is mainly determined according to the maximum water demand.
When selecting the pump lift, the lift on the selected pump nameplate should be greater than the actual delivery height. Under normal circumstances, it should be about 20% larger than the actual lift. Similarly, the pump suction head (allowing the suction height) should also be larger than the actual suction head, otherwise the pump will be difficult to pump water.
The water source is well water, and the fit of the borehole inner diameter to the maximum outer diameter of the pump body is also considered. If the WQ series miniature submersible pump is used, it should be noted that the maximum outer diameter of the pump should be smaller than the inner diameter of the well, otherwise it will not be installed in the well. If you want to choose the WXB series of micro-pumps, you should consider the feasibility of the well assembly form (direct-pumping, matching the original piping, pumping with the hand pump, etc.).
