By calculating the pressure required in the pot at this temperature, the switch of the inlet and outlet valves is automatically controlled, so that the pressure in the pot and the temperature in the sterilization process of the whole high-temperature sterilization pot have a certain relationship. When the high temperature sterilization pot is in the heating and holding state, the steam valve and the steam trap are automatically opened, and the cooling water valve is automatically closed; when the high temperature sterilization pot is in the cooling state, the steam valve and the steam trap are automatically closed, and the cooling water inlet and outlet valves are automatically opened. .
3. After the sterilization is finished, the high temperature sterilization pot circulation pump stops, and the circulating water returns to the bottom water storage tank for the next cycle.
High-temperature sterilization pot is mainly used in various fields such as food industry, medicine, etc. It has the characteristics of large heating area, high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, short boiling time of liquid material, easy control of heating temperature, etc., so it is widely used.
