WGJ-250 cold bending arch machine is a new type of fully automatic curved steel product developed by our factory. It adopts hydraulic system and has the characteristics of stable transmission and high pressure. It is mainly used in tunnels, subways, hydropower stations, underground caverns and other I-beams.
Structure and working principle:
1. The equipment consists of main motor, reducer, roller, oil pump motor, gear oil pump, relief valve, electromagnetic reversing valve, working cylinder, top wheel and fuel tank. See electrical schematic and hydraulic schematic.
2. Working principle: Place the I-beam on the cold bending machine, contact with the roller driven by the reducer, and feed the compression handle to lock the motor oil pump set. The high-pressure oil output by the electric oil pump passes through the overflow valve. The required pressure can be adjusted, and the poly-block is connected to the electro-hydraulic valve. The electro-hydraulic valve and the jog switch (point-in, retreat) control the working of the cylinder, the working cylinder advances, and the I-steel and the three supporting rollers are pressed tightly. When the bending deformation does not occur, the calculation starts. The length of the cylinder re-propulsion is 10mm-15mm each time. The main motor is turned forward or reversed. The main motor drives the I-beam to work repeatedly.
