  • 5, the capsule shell is too much down (more than 3%), the vibrator is not properly adjusted, due to the adjustment of the appropriate voltage or the size of the capsule shell is out of specification, the qualified capsule shell is selected.
  • 6. The capsule shell cannot be dropped on the platen, replace the capsule shell or adjust the position of the misaligned plate and the platen hole.
  • 7, the vibration is not ideal, adjust the voltage.
