The second section is 55-65 ° C, 45 minutes; the third section is 65-75 ° C, 45 minutes; the fourth section is 75-85 ° C, 1.5 hours, the dryer wet steam is removed in time to improve the drying efficiency, so that The final moisture of kelp is controlled within 14%.
4. Smash and sieve. It is pulverized by a pulverizer and directly sieved. For example, as an iodine-containing tablet, the particle size requirement of 50% or more can pass through the 80-mesh standard sieve; if it is used as a food additive, it is required to pass through the 80-mesh standard sieve to achieve a satisfactory mouthfeel.
5, sterilization. Spread the kelp powder into a thin layer, place it under ultraviolet light, the distance is no more than 2 meters, and sterilize for 1-2 hours. The room must be kept dry to prevent the product from absorbing water.
6, weighing packaging. According to the customer's requirements, the packaging is generally finished with a polyethylene plastic bag and the outer layer is sealed with a composite aluminum foil bag.
