The ion exchange pure water treatment equipment is a traditional water treatment process for replacing various anions and cations in water by an anion exchange resin. The anion and cation exchange resins can be combined in different proportions to form an ion exchange sun bed system. The exchange of the bed system and the ion exchange mixed bed (bedbed) system, and the mixed bed (bedbed) system is usually used in the end process of producing water for ultrapure water and high purity water after reverse osmosis and other water treatment processes. It is currently one of the irreplaceable means for preparing ultrapure water and high purity water.

The effluent conductivity can be less than 1uS/cm, and the effluent resistivity is above 1MΩ.cm. According to different water quality and usage requirements, the effluent resistivity can be controlled between 1~18MΩ.cm. It is widely used in the preparation of industrial ultrapure water, high purity water, such as electronics, electric ultrapure water, chemical industry, electroplating ultrapure water, boiler feed water and medical ultrapure water. The use of anion bed, a sun bed, and a mixed bed, and generally referred to as a deionized ultrapure water treatment equipment, uses a reverse osmosis host plus a two-stage mixed bed. The ion exchange method can remove the cation and anion in the water. Sodium chloride (NaCl) represents inorganic salts in water.

Rinse the resin with clean water first, then alternately soak it in the exchange column with 4~5% HCl and NaOH for 2~4 hours, rinse with plenty of water between acid and alkali until the water is near neutral, so repeat 2~ 3 times, the amount of acid and alkali is 2 times the volume of the resin. The last treatment is carried out by applying 4~5% HCl solution, draining the acid solution, and rinsing with water until neutral.

Pretreatment of anion exchange resin:

First rinse the resin with water, then alternately soak it in the exchange column with 4~5% NaOH and HCl for 2~4 hours, rinse with a large amount of water between the alkali acids until the water is near neutral, so repeat 2~ 3 times, the amount of acid and alkali is 2 times the volume of the resin. The last treatment is carried out by applying 4~5% NaOH solution, and the lye is drained, rinsed with water to neutral and ready for use.

Mixed ion exchanger regeneration process:

After the ion exchange resin is used for a period of time, the adsorbed impurities are close to saturation, and regeneration treatment is required to restore the original composition and performance. At present, the regeneration of domestic resin is commonly used in the chemical acid-base method to restore the exchange capacity of the resin. The use of acid is usually HCl or H2SO4, and the concentration is about 3-5%. The use of alkali is generally NaOH, and the concentration is 3- About 5%.

First, backwash stratification:

The backwashing flow rate is 10 m/h, and the backwashing time is 15 minutes. After the sedimentation, the interface of the anion resin layer is clearly discriminated.

Second, into the regeneration liquid:

After about 20 minutes, pump the required regeneration liquid, soak for 2-3 hours, then use the method of washing, the resin is rinsed to the effluent alkalinity PH=8-9, and the cation resin is rinsed to the effluent acidity PH=5. -6 or so.

Third, mixing:

From the bottom into the nitrogen (also available with compressed air, vacuum pumping, etc.) for mixing, the inlet pressure is 0.1~0.15MPa, the intake air is 2.5~3.0m3/(m2·min), and the mixing time is generally 5~10 minutes. The end of the column is thoroughly mixed with the resin as the end point.
