The working principle of the water ring pump:
An appropriate amount of water is contained in the pump body as a working fluid. When the impeller rotates clockwise in the direction indicated in the figure, the water is thrown around by the impeller. Due to the centrifugal force, the water forms a closed ring of approximately equal thickness depending on the shape of the pump chamber. The inner surface of the upper portion of the water ring is just tangent to the impeller hub, and the lower inner surface of the water ring is just in contact with the tip of the blade (actually the blade has a certain depth of insertion within the water ring). At this time, a crescent-shaped space is formed between the impeller hub and the water ring, and this space is divided by the impeller into a plurality of small cavities having the same number of blades. If the upper part of the impeller is 0°, the volume of the small cavity becomes smaller from 180° before the rotation, and it communicates with the suction port on the end face. At this time, the gas is sucked in, and when the inhalation is finished, the cavity is small. It is isolated from the suction port; when the impeller continues to rotate, the small cavity becomes larger and smaller, so that the gas is compressed; when the small cavity communicates with the exhaust port, the gas is discharged outside the pump.
Advantages of the water ring vacuum pump:
1. The structure is simple, the manufacturing precision is not high, and it is easy to process.
2, compact structure, the pump has a high number of revolutions, generally can be directly connected with the motor, without the need for a speed reducer. Therefore, with a small structural size, a large displacement can be obtained, and the footprint is small.
3. The compressed gas is substantially isothermal, that is, the temperature of the compressed gas process changes little.
4. Since there is no metal friction surface in the pump chamber, there is no need to lubricate the pump and the wear is small. The seal between the rotating member and the fixing member can be directly completed by a water seal.
5, even suction, stable and reliable work, easy to operate, easy to maintain.
Disadvantages of water ring vacuum pumps:
1, low efficiency, generally around 30%, preferably up to 50%.
2, the degree of vacuum is low, not only because of structural constraints, but more importantly, by the saturated vapor pressure of the working fluid. With water as the working fluid, the ultimate pressure can only reach 2000~4000Pa. Use oil as working fluid, up to 130Pa.

Vitamin

Vitamins are a type of trace organic substances that humans and animals must obtain from food in order to maintain normal physiological functions. In terms of physiological functions, vitamins are neither a raw material for tissues nor a substance for supplying energy, but they are an indispensable substance for the body. It has many types and different chemical structures. Most of them are the components of the coenzyme (or prosthetic group) of certain enzymes. They are the indispensable compounds for maintaining the normal growth (growth, health, reproduction and production function) of the body. It plays a catalytic role in the body to promote the synthesis and degradation of major nutrients (proteins, fats, carbohydrates, etc.), thereby controlling metabolism. Vitamins are essentially low-molecular organic compounds. They cannot be synthesized in the body, or the amount synthesized is difficult to meet the needs of the body, so they must be supplied from the outside. The daily requirement of vitamins is very small (usually measured in milligrams or micrograms). They are neither a raw material for body tissues nor a substance for energy supply in the body. However, they do not regulate material metabolism, promote growth and development, and maintain physiological functions.
