1 Materials and methods

1.1 Test materials

The white pods and seeds that were collected in the previous year (provided by Xinyang Ecological Forest Agriculture Co., Ltd., Xunyang County, Ankang City), white and seeds were stored in a low-temperature and dry environment, and were ready for use.

1.2 Test methods

1.2.1 White and seed germination test began in March 2016, and the white and seeds were taken out from the fruit pods and sprinkled in a porcelain plate covered with filter paper, covered with plastic wrap and placed at a temperature of (30 ± 1) degrees. In the light incubator with a humidity of 100%, the illumination in the light incubator is 1800-2500 LX, 12 h/d, and the germination duration is 8 days. During the germination period, the white and seed morphology were observed and recorded under a stereo microscope every day until the end of the seed was significantly enlarged. At the same time, the seed of the germination was observed with the naked eye, and the seed was subjected to a live test after being substantially greenish.

1.2.2 Live test design The L9 (33) orthogonal test was used to investigate the influencing factors of different conditions on white and seed growth. See Table 1 for details.

The illuminance is the same as the germination. The horizontal setting of temperature and illumination duration is adjusted by the light incubator, and the culture medium is covered with plastic wrap to ensure 100% humidity for culture. Mix the fully decomposed organic matter and the seedling substrate in different volume ratios, adjust the moisture of the substrate, put the different substrates into the porcelain plate, mark them, and then spread the seeds after germination evenly on the substrate, to ensure that each plate is in the middle. 3 Summary and discussion

3.1 Problems in the process of white and seed germination

Because white and seeds are small and do not contain endosperm, after the seeds are germinated, if they are not treated or handled improperly, they will die quickly. Therefore, in the white and germination stage, it is necessary to keep the air humidity at 100%, and the temperature in the light incubator should be maintained at 30 degrees. The germination rate of white and seeds is higher under weaker illumination.

3.2 Problems in the ratio of seedling substrate

White and hi warm, damp environment, mostly on fertile, loose and well-drained sandy soil or humus. The test results showed that when the seedling substrate: the decomposed organic matter was 1:1, the white and seed emergence rate was high, and the growth trend was good.

3.3 Effects of light on whitening and seed emergence

The duration of illumination and the intensity of illumination affect the growth of white. The experiment only focuses on the effects of different illumination durations on whitening and growth. The illuminance is set to 1 800~2 500 lx. The results show that the duration of illumination has a certain influence on white and growth. Table 1 shows that the illumination duration of 24 h/d promotes the growth of white and white. At the same time, matrix ratio, temperature and duration of light have effects on it, and the degree of influence is different, mainly as temperature > matrix ratio > illumination duration.
