1. Scope of use
This procedure applies to the biosafety cabinet in the cell room.
2. Standard operating procedures
2.1. Startup and use
1. Plug the power plug into the prepared fixed outlet.
2. Wear a clean cell room special work clothes, wash your hands, and thoroughly wipe the working platform in the biosafety cabinet with 75% alcohol.
3. The system administrator turns on the power switch “ POWER †button, and the system starts to power on.
4. Close the glass door, turn on the UV lamp for 30 minutes, then turn off the UV lamp (if you do not need to sterilize, you can avoid the UV lamp).
5. Place the device in DOOR: SAFE ; BLOWER: ON ; LAMP: ON (if the operation needs to be protected from light, the fluorescent lamp can be turned off ); UV : OFF state, the device is running normally.
6. The safety cabinet should not be overloaded. Every item needed during the whole work should be placed in the safety cabinet before the work starts, so that no items need to be taken out through the air flow compartment before the work is completed or put into a. Special Note: Operate or place items in the non-porous area of ​​the workbench.
7. When the work is completed, remove all the materials and other items used in the experiment, and use the 75% alcohol to wipe the four sides of the cabinet. Check the utensils on the workbench and disinfect if necessary.
8. Maintain airflow for a period of time (depending on the risk of the material being manipulated) to expel the contaminant from the work area and then close the front glass door and fluorescent lamp.
9. Use UV UV lamps for less than half an hour.
Note: If you need to take out or move any items during the operation, please remove or move the watch as slowly as possible to minimize the agitation of the air, so as to avoid the escape of pollution caused by the disorder of the air layer.
2.2. Use of other control functions
2.2.1. Moving the front window
The sliding front window is balanced by the counterweight and slides freely by hand.
1. The glass door position is higher than the safe position
The alarm light will illuminate and the buzzer will continue to sound an alarm, and the door will alternately display the door too high prompt: DoorH .
2. The glass door is below the safe position
The alarm light will illuminate and the buzzer will continue to sound an alarm, and the door will alternately display the door too high prompt: DoorL .
3. The glass door position is in a safe position
The display window will display normally.
4. Glass door closed
The display window will show that the door is closed: CLOSE , the wind machine will automatically turn off, the fan indicator will change from steady light to flashing, and the UV light will only be turned on if the fluorescent light is also turned off.
2.2.2. Fan Control - BLOWER
1. If the fan is in the stop state (the fan LED is off), press the BLOWER button to start the fan. After the fan is started, if the glass door is closed, the fan will not run. At this time, the fan LED indicator will flash. If the glass door is open, the fan will be in running state. At this time, the fan LED indicator will remain on. After the system is stable, The system enters a safe state.
2. If the fan is turned on (the fan LED is always on or blinking), press and hold the BLOWER button for 5 seconds to turn off the fan, and the display window will show the fan off prompt: — FRN — — OFF —
Note: Do not turn off the fan easily!
2.2.3. Lighting source control - LAMP
When fluorescent lights, fluorescent LED indicator light; when the fluorescent lamp is off, the LED lamp is off
Note: Turn off the illumination source if you need to avoid it during operation.
2.2.4. UV light source ( UV light) control - UV
1. The timing control UV lamp on and off, every time it is pressed, a UV lamp switching the operating state, according to the following sequence cycles: the timing timer 30 minutes → 60 minutes disinfection sterilization → sterilization → unlimited off the UV lamp.
2. If the fluorescent lamp or glass door is open, press the UV button to disable the UV lamp.
3. When the UV lamp is lit, the UV lamp LED will light at the same time; when the UV lamp is off, the UV lamp LED will be off at the same time.
Note: Do not stay on the side of the device while the UV lamp is on. If you must stay as far as possible, wear protective clothing and goggles.
2.2.5. Shutdown - POWER
1. If the system is turned off, press the POWER button to boot directly.
2. If the system is running, please turn off the fan and glass door first, then press the POWER button to shut down directly.
3. Maintenance and maintenance
3.1. Cycle of comprehensive maintenance
Maintenance should be carried out every year or less than 1000 working hours and every restart.
Note: This maintenance plan should be handled by a professional.
3.2. Recommended maintenance and maintenance plan
3.2.1. Cleaning
Under normal circumstances, cleaning can be done by simply using a small amount of household or commercial dishwashing detergent, dissolving it in water and wiping it directly to wipe off the dirt on the surface of the device.
Note: Do not wipe any glass. Cleaning must be done after the power has been switched off.
3.2.2. Weekly
Disinfect and clean the studio.
Disinfect and clean the operator panel.
Clean the exterior surface of the box and the glass (including UV lamps) with a mild detergent or glass-specific cleaner.
3.2.3. Monthly
Remove all dust from the outer surface with a detergent.
Disinfect the inside of the device.
Perform a functional check on the device.
3.2.4. Every year
Comprehensive maintenance of the equipment.
3.2.5. Every two years
Replace the fluorescent lamp.
