Bitter gourd is a cultivar of 1-year-old climbing cucurbits of the cucurbitaceae, aliased to cool melon and quince grapes. Native to tropical Asia, it is a thermophilic heat-resistant vegetable, and the seed germinates at a temperature of about 30°C. The bitter gourd seed skin is thick and hard, and its water permeability is poor. Therefore, it is difficult for the seeds to germinate. When the seedlings are planted, the seedlings are fully seedling and strong, and artificial germination and nursery should be carried out. The bitter gourd seed germination method mainly includes the following steps:

1. Seed soaking: The seeds were rinsed clean with clean water, soaking in fresh water for 12-16 hours.

2. Suck a small mouth at the umbilical site to facilitate water absorption and radicle (popular) as the seeds germinate. Note that no matter what measures are taken to lick a small mouth at the umbilical site, no internal seed can be injured.

3. The seeds were wrapped in a clean, moist towel and germinated at a temperature of about 30°C. The radicles were exposed 2-3 days later. Before germination, towels and seeds were thoroughly rinsed with fresh water every day to keep the seeds clean.

4. The germinated seeds can be sown because there are successive inconsistencies in seed budding between the seed individuals. Conditionally, the first-seeded buds can be sorted out and put in a clean wet towel to be stored in a refrigerator freezer, and most of the seeds can be preserved. Seed sowing after budding.

Yellow Sweet Corn Kernels

There are two types of dietary fibre - soluble and insoluble - and sweet corn contains both.
According to the American Heart Association, dietary fibre as part of an overall healthy diet helps to lower blood cholesterol levels and may reduce the risk of heart disease. It is insoluble fibre that binds to cholesterol, preventing it from being absorbed into the bloodstream.
Insoluble fibre is responsible for promoting regularity and helping to prevent constipation by speeding up the passage of food and waste through the intestines and absorbing water to keep stools soft. Insoluble fibre has been shown to reduce the risk of haemorrhoids.
Fibre-containing foods such as sweet corn also help to provide a feeling of satiety and may therefore help to suppress appetite and aid weight management.
Dietary fibre has also been linked to a reduced risk of type 2 diabetes. A diet rich in fibre helps patients manage their disease.
Fibre is fermented by bacteria in the colon. Promising studies are underway to determine the health-promoting effects of fibre fermentation breakdown products, for example, short-chain fatty acids, which may help to maintain a healthy gut.
