First, dried cauliflower
Production process: The cauliflower was removed from the outer leaves and stems, cut into pieces, and then boiled with water for 2-3 minutes, removed and dried artificially. The temperature was controlled at 50-55°C and the time required was 7-8 hours. Moisture does not exceed 5% after drying.
Second, quick-frozen cauliflower
Production process: use fresh cauliflower, timely processing after harvest. Remove the outer leaves and roots, and dip the vegetables into small buds and rinse them in clean water. Boil in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, or steam for 4-5 minutes. Then remove, cool, drain. Place the cauliflower in a freezing device below -30°C to freeze, and pack it until it reaches a temperature below minus 18°C.
