Always inspect and clean the vent hole on the centrifugal dust cover so that it stays clear, drain the dirt from the dustpan, and brush the dust on the flow strip with a brush.

The oil pan level should be maintained at the oil level marking on the oil pan. The oil level is too low, affecting the filtration effect; the oil level is too high, increasing the intake resistance, and sucking the engine oil into the cylinder, causing carbon deposition, or even causing “speed racing”.

Clean the oil pan regularly and change the oil. The viscosity of the oil must be appropriate and the viscosity is too high, which can easily plug the filter screen, affect the passage of air and increase the intake resistance. If the viscosity is too small, the filter effect is reduced, and the oil is easily drawn into the cylinder. The use of precipitated waste oil is more economical and practical.

Clean the filter regularly. If the filter tray is very dirty, clean the upper filter at the same time. After washing, dry it and soak it with oil. Drip off the excess oil and install it. If there is a lot of dust on the inner wall of the suction pipe, it should be cleaned in combination with maintenance.

The maintenance content of the foam air filter is to remove accumulated dust in the shell and clean the plastic filter. Wash the filter with detergent or soapy water solution. Place the filter in the cleaning solution and squeeze it gently to remove dirt. Then wash it again with clean water. Dry the filter and soak it with oil. Extrude excess oil by hand. . When installing, make sure that the winding direction of the filter is the same as that of the inlet air flow, and the length of the filter exposed on the outside of the bead should not exceed 3 mm. If the filter is broken, it should be replaced with a new piece of the same material. Dust bags should be promptly replaced if broken.
