On March 20th, the Guangdong Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission announced the invalidation of the first batch of documents, including the second-category vaccine bidding, the new rural cooperative medical outpatient compensation reimbursement, and the new rural cooperative medical reimbursement drug list and other 97 documents.
The document shows that according to the State Council’s decision-making arrangements for further in-depth promotion of administration according to law and speeding up the construction of a government under the rule of law, and the “Decision of the National Health and Family Planning Commission on Declaring the Failure of the First Batch of Documents†and the National Health and Family Planning Commission’s Document on the Declaration of Invalidation The decision to clean up the documents and other documents required the clean-up of the documents (excluding the normative documents) issued by the Guangdong Provincial Health and Family Planning Commission, the former Guangdong Provincial Health Department, the former Guangdong Provincial Population and Family Planning Commission and the above-mentioned three departmental offices.
After liquidation, it is decided that the main content is in conflict with the provisions and spirit of the current laws and regulations, or is not conducive to stabilizing growth, promoting reform, adjusting the structure, benefiting the people's livelihood, or the basis for the publication has expired, or obviously does not adapt to the actual needs. The first batch of 97 committee documents that have new regulations but the old documents have not been explicitly revoked, or whose work tasks have been completed but have no clear time limit, need not be continued, are declared invalid.
