【Properties】 This product is a sugar-coated tablet. It is dark brown after removing sugar coating. It is bitter.

[Identification] Take 1 tablet of this product, remove the sugar coating, make fine, add ethyl acetate 15ml and ammonia test solution 0.5ml, shake for 10 minutes, and filter. The filtrate was evaporated to dryness, and 1 ml of ethyl acetate was added to the residue for dissolution to prepare a test solution. Another 0.5mg of the reference substance of the northern bean root, plus 15ml of ethyl acetate and ammonia solution 0.5ml, refluxed for 30 minutes, filtered, the same method as the reference drug solution. According to the TLC (Appendix VIB) test, 1-2 μl of each of the above two solutions was pipetted and spotted on the same silica gel G thin-layer board with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as the binder, with chloroform-methanol- Ammonia test solution (9:1:1) was used as a developing agent, developed, removed, air-dried, and sprayed with potassium iodide test solution. In the chromatogram of the test sample, spots of the same color were observed at the positions corresponding to the chromatogram of the reference drug.

[Content determination] Take 20 tablets of this product, accurately weighed, study carefully, accurately weigh the appropriate amount (about 80mg total alkaloid) into a stoppered Erlenmeyer flask, add ethyl acetate 25ml, shake for 30 minutes, filter The container and residue were washed three times with ethyl acetate 10ml. The washing solution was combined with the filtrate. The solution was evaporated to dryness on a water bath. The residue was dissolved in absolute ethanol (10ml), and sulfuric acid titration solution (0.01mol/L) 25ml and methyl was precisely added. 2 drops of red indicating solution, titrated with sodium hydroxide titrant (0.02mol/L), ie obtained. Every 1 ml of sulphuric acid titrant (0.01 mol/L) is equivalent to 6.248 mg of bat alkaloid (C38H44N2O6).

This product contains alkaloids to dauricine (C38H44N2O6), should be the amount of 90.0% to 110.0%.
