6. Conical flashing valve, whether the opening and closing is flexible and reliable.
7. Check whether auxiliary equipment such as feeder, blanking slipper, belt conveyor, electrical equipment, etc. are in good condition.
8. Do the above work and handle the problems found in time before driving.
Second, the precautions in the start of operation
1. After the preparation is completed, the motor can be started. At this time, attention should be paid to the starting current and starting time. The starting current of the air-selective hammer mill is generally 320-360 amps. The starting time is 30-40 seconds. After the current is turned on, it drops to a normal air running current of about 40 amps. If the starting current, starting time and dry running current exceed the above, it means there is still a problem in the operation of the equipment. It should be checked to find out the reason and drive again.
2. After the equipment is in normal operation, the feeding equipment can be started to feed the pulverizer. The size of the feed can be increased or decreased depending on the hardness, blockiness and moisture content of the material. The increase or decrease can only be adjusted according to the current of the motor. The motor current is generally controlled at 80-90 amps.
3. Uniform, continuous feeding must be done during operation to increase production and separation efficiency. If the amount of feed is too much, it will not only affect the output and separation efficiency, but also easily cause blockage, the motor trips and is forced to stop.
4. Strictly prevent metal shovel, track shoes, drill bits, spikes, wrenches and other metal blocks from entering the pulverizer with the materials. After entering, it is a great threat to the crusher, which may damage the crusher and cause an accident. It is forced to stop production. Zui is good at installing the iron removal device in the previous process of the feeder to avoid future troubles.
5. After the motor is automatically tripped, if the cause is unknown, it is forbidden to start again.
6. During the operation of the equipment, a patrol inspection system shall be implemented, and each part of the equipment shall be inspected at any time by means of watching, listening, and town.
If the following conditions are found, stop feeding immediately, turn off the motor, and check and eliminate.
