Second, the material is pre-frozen
Pre-freezing of materials is a key step in the freeze-drying process. The quality of the freeze-drying process directly affects the quality of the freeze-dried product. The material pre-freezing process can be basically divided into slow freezing and quick freezing. Users can flexibly operate the equipment according to specific needs to achieve effective pre-freezing of materials. Such as:
1. Slow freezing: the pre-prepared material is placed on the lyophilizer layer, the layer cooling is opened, and the pre-freezing starts;
2, rapid freezing: first open the layer of cooling, until the temperature of the layer drops to a certain temperature, and then put the pre-prepared materials on the layer, pre-freezing begins;
Third, freeze-drying operation
1. After the pre-freezing is finished, close the draining intake valve.
2. Close the freeze-drying box door.
3. Open the cold trap refrigeration valve and cool the trap. When the cold trap temperature reaches -80 degrees or less, the vacuum pump is turned on to evacuate. When the degree of vacuum reaches 10 Pa or less, the heating can be turned on for the drying stage control.
Note: The drying stage control needs to set the process of sublimation and analytical drying stage in advance. The basis for setting is that the setting temperature of the sublimation section cannot exceed the eutectic point temperature and the eutectic temperature of the product, and the analytical drying stage cannot exceed the disintegration point temperature and the inactivation or decomposition temperature of the product.
Fourth, shutdown operation
1. Open the intake valve to allow air (or inert gas such as nitrogen) to slowly enter the cold trap cavity (the vacuum shows a digital rise) and turn off the vacuum pump.
2. Turn off the compressor, cold trap valve, and laminar valve in turn.
3. Remove the material and turn off the heating.
Five, defrosting operation
1. Press the defrosting button to start the cold trap aging cream. When the defrosting is over, the system will automatically stop the defrosting.
2. Clean the ice cubes, moisture and impurities in the cold trap, properly maintain the equipment, and after the ice in the cold trap cavity is melted, it can be discharged outside the machine through the water intake valve; when not in use, the host water discharge valve should be opened. .
Six, matters needing attention
1. Operate at low temperature, pay attention to wearing cotton gauze gloves to avoid frostbite. Especially when operating the freeze-drying rack after the end of the pre-freezing, be sure to wear cotton gloves.
2. This machine adopts air-cooled condensing refrigeration system. When the ambient temperature is too high or air circulation is poor, it may affect the technical specifications of the refrigeration system.
3, vacuum pump is an important part of the machine, should pay attention to maintenance and maintenance. Always check the quality of the pump oil. Under normal circumstances, the vacuum pump oil needs to be replaced after about 200 hours of accumulated work (the old oil is completely discharged and then injected into the new oil). For related matters, please refer to the vacuum pump manual.
6. Do not switch the refrigeration system frequently during operation. If the compressor stops running due to operational errors or other reasons, wait for 20 minutes before starting again to avoid damage to the compressor.
