(1) In order for the meat ducks to grow robustly, the water separation must first be done to increase the activity of the ducks.
(2) In order to ensure that each duck can drink enough water to avoid crowding and loosing water, the sink in the duck shed should be of a certain length. Generally, there should be a 4-meter-long sink for every 500 ducks.
(3) The sink should be washed and disinfected on a regular basis to ensure clean drinking of meat ducks.
(4) Since the meat duck is a water bird and has a habit of playing with water, in order to reduce the waste of water, the water in the water tank needs to maintain a certain depth, which is generally determined by half the length of the duckbill.
(5) The height of the sink should not be too high. To allow meat ducks to drink water comfortably, it is generally recommended to be around 10 centimeters.
