Weaving autonomic network. Strengthen the awareness of the first person responsible for food business operators, supervise them to perform the duties of the first responsible person, and conduct business in good faith. The food business operators are required to establish and improve various systems such as request for ticketing, receipt and sales of goods, quality commitments, etc. to achieve food safety traceability.
Weaving supervision network. The county's rural food operators will be pulled out of the network to clean up, illegally investigated and dealt with unlicensed operations, illegal rental and transfer of licenses and other illegal acts to ensure the legality of the subject. Focusing on consumer complaints, food exposed by the news media and foods with unknown channels, targeted sampling inspections were conducted to improve the targeted and effective quality monitoring and ensure the safety of food consumption.
Up to now, Qianguo County Administration of Industry and Commerce has collected more than 300 kilograms of expired foods, ordered more than 100 kilograms of delisting foods, banned 4 unlicensed business households, and opened 8 homes. The rectification work effectively purifies the rural food market environment and protects the food safety of consumers.
