1. Speed ​​test of electronic tensile testing machine

a. First record the initial position of the crossarm of the machine, and select the speed value on the control panel (measure the crossbar stroke using a standard straight steel ruler).

b. At the same time as starting the machine, the electronic stopwatch starts to count for one z minutes. When the stopwatch arrives at the time, press the machine stop button, according to the time of the stopwatch.

Record the cross-travel stroke value as the rate per minute (mm/min), observe the difference between the cross-arm stroke value and the straight steel ruler, and calculate the cross-arm stroke error value, which should not exceed ±1%.

2. Strength test of electronic tensile testing machine

After the electronic tensile testing machine enters the computer program, open the calibration interface, press the test to start, take a standard weight weight and hang it on the upper clamp connector, record the computer display power value, and calculate the difference from the standard weight weight. The error should not be Exceeded ±0.5%.
