The biogas and biogas residue produced are very good organic fertilizers. 1. Easy to discharge. This requires our biogas digesters to be small and shallow, and the diameter of the active cover should be at least 1 meter, so that it is not so hard to use fertilizer during farming;
2. Prevent crusts. It is mainly solved by placing a basket with bricks on the liquid. Generally, 5-7 such bamboo baskets are needed. The purpose of placing the bamboo basket is to effectively separate the liquid and the straw, thereby accelerating the release of the biogas;
3. The feed must be small. In other words, the straw must be crushed, but for our biogas digesters, the feed is much more convenient;
4. Pretreatment of straw. The role of pretreatment is to accelerate the production of biogas in the biogas tank. What is the specific operation method? We know that cattle and sheep are more like to eat after the straw is crushed. They will have some acidification after eating the remaining half, and they can also be acidified in places such as cows and sheep pens. As for the half of the food produced by the feces, it is more conducive to the generation of biogas.
5. Diligent. Diligent feeding, diligent discharge. How much of the feed is determined by the amount of gas and temperature. At the same time, when feeding, try to take out the fermented liquid or water from the water pressure to wash and stir, and mix the straw and the liquid as much as possible. In addition, if you use it frequently and you can't use up these biogas residue and biogas slurry when you are busy, don't put it in the biogas tank.
