First, the common faults in the water injection part:
(1) Automatic water injection generator does not fill water:
(1) Check the pump motor for power or phase loss to make it normal.
(2) Check the pump relay for power supply and make it normal. The circuit board has no output power to the relay coil and replace the circuit board.
(3) Check if the high water level electrode and the outer casing are connected, and the end point is rusted to make it normal.
(4) Check the pump pressure and motor speed, repair the pump or replace the motor (the pump motor power is not less than 550W).
(5) Any generator that uses the float level controller to inject water, in addition to checking the power supply, check whether the low water level contact of the float level controller is rusted or reversed, and normal after repair.
(2) Automatic water injection generator does not stop water injection:
(1) Check if the circuit board controls the water level electrode voltage is normal. No, replace the circuit board.
(2) Repair the high water level electrode to make it in good contact.
(3) Using the generator of the float level controller, first check whether the high water level contact is in good contact, and secondly check whether the float floats or floats into the water, and the replacement is good.
Second, the heating part of the common fault:
The generator controlled by the pressure controller, because there is no water level display, no board control, its heating control is mainly controlled by the float leveler. When the water level is appropriate, the float floating point turns on the control voltage, causes the AC contactor to work, and starts heating. The generator has a simple structure and is currently used in the market. The common non-heating faults of such generators are mostly found on the float level controller. First check the external wiring of the float level controller, check whether the upper and lower control lines are connected, and then remove the float level controller to see if it is flexible. At this time, you can use manual, use the universal meter to measure whether the upper and lower control points can be connected. After the inspection, everything is normal, and then check if the float tank is filled with water. The float tank is filled with water, and the float tank is replaced, and the fault is eliminated.
